SIWEAC Ltd provide commercial and technical support to both Client and Contractor on landfall/shore crossing (pipelines & cables) on Civil Engineering and Energy Projects including the following:
- Landfall/Crossings (Open-cut & HDDs/Microtunnelling/Direct Pipe) Feasibility Studies
- Landfall selection support (and management of the selection process across all key disciplines)
- Support during Concept, Pre-FEED, FEED and Detailed Design Phases
- Design & Constructability Reviews
- Cost estimates and development of project schedule
- Support with EIA/Consents/Permit process
- Facilitate/manage landfall or major crossongs HAZID and HAZOP workshops
- Support with associated site surveys (geophysical and geotechnical)

- ITT/Bid review support/evaluation
- Contract administration during execution (including support with assessment/evaluation of variation claims)
- Consultants and Contractors management
- Management of early Contractor involvement
